HTTPD Issue
 

I've never had a problem before with this and now that I'm actually with a different ISP I'm thinking this could be it. For some reason I can only make http requests from my own ISP IP range, otherwise files on my web server can't be requested. I got a little suspicious when only I could reach the web server and nobody else could. I told a friend to go through my proxy to see if he could request files that way and it worked fine. As anyone gone through this before or know what the problem could be?

Some ISP's have rules regarding hosting of websites.

Does you ISP's "Terms Of Service" or whatever give specific information regarding this?
