HOWTO read mail from a file remotely

I periodically dump mail to a file, say /home/user/SPAM and currently read the file using mail -f SPAM when logged in, but I would also like to read the mail from such folders remotely, using either webmail or pulling into Outlook or similar.

Would I have to create a new user account and copy the file to that users mail folder or what?

Any help would be appreciated...

Thanks in advance...

Why don't you just ssh to the box and account with the mail, and then read it as you usually do?
