howto delete LilO via dual boot

Hi All;

i use a dual boot pc (XP/Mandriva) via LILO,
so currently i fdisk my /dev/hda & delete my linux partition to fix some space issue,

so my question is how can i delete / remove my LILO boot prompt...coz LILO boot manager will prompt me to boot into e respective OSes...

Any advise??? Thanks

Boot into Windows and run fdisk /MBR and it should clear out lilo for you.

fdisk at cmd.exe?
hmm...i dun have a fdisk command avail....

Do u mean to goto Disk Management in XP?

You can also boot from the Windows install CD--rescue mode. When you get to a command prompt, type "fixmbr"
