How would I make my own version of a LIVE CD type of linux

I want to make or get a Live CD linux that will work will my wireless card "realtek 8180".

If you google look for mepis it has very good hardware detection ,The Live cd is the install cd also!! Check it out-MEPIS LIVE CD!

on the knoppix somewhere there's a remaster tutorial for doing this.
