how to uninstall red hat ???
I set up red hat 9.0 , i don't know much about linux and i need to come BACK in windows but impossible to reformat.
I can't access in red hat as well because i lost my password .
I try fdisk but it can read : "remove disk" it write
I put cd xp but it cant read
How we do ?

well it's always a real shame to see anyone go, but to ditch it quickly, boot to the redhat cd in rescue mode, adn once you're in, use *linux* fdisk to remove the linux partitions. then XP should be able to install itself just fine.

I m not going, still interesting but i need to come back in windows with this computer.
Linux , it's pro , no doubt.
the problem is that i lost my red hat cd , no have another method with something like fdisk by floppy...

you can download simple boot floppies, like tomsrtbt which will also contain fdisk. just hit google.

press any keyb to restart
