i dont know exactly what dual screen means. in kde u can have up to 16 screens organized by some iconized screens. so u can exchange everything between the screens easily. is this what u want?

dual screen means the screen's width is wider than your monitor's width, you can drag left to right.

there's a lot of info about dual head systems, mainly from me. search for posts by me talking about Xinerama or dualhead

Dual head display is a display utilizing two or more monitors. It is a potential that is very sensitive to hardware. There are two ways you may see potential here. There is the most basic kind of display with two or more monitors and two seperate desktops and there is Xinerama where the windows can be dragged accross the two or more monitors in an extended desktop.
