Hi,

/dev is a virtual file system. Why do you want to resize it?

I was just wodering whether is it possible or not ?

As we can modify the size of /dev/shm using /etc/fstab is there some way to modify /dev size too .

Hi,

sorry, I'm not sure even such an action makes sense.

/dev/shm is a tmpfs mount, so you can adjust the amount of RAM it has available.
/dev, as already said, is a virtual filesystem representing devices attached to your computer system, so resizing it as a whole has no sense.
