how to quota the sftp's user?

According to https://library.linode.com/security/sftp-jails
I successfully created a user named "yesuser128",and limit it only access its home directory.

but the problem ,the user can upload unlimited file upto its home directory.

how to quota the user? or how to limit the user's size ? or how to limit the user's home directory's size?

could you give me some advice or some referent article
