how to make a live cd with distro and grub

I'm an assistant for a lab at school and right now we have Rocks installed on the machines as well as Windows XP. We reformatted the MBR with Windows XP so the normal users won't have to do anything or mess up and boot into Rocks. What we'd like to do is make a boot CD that gives us the option to boot into Rocks, boot XP, LTSP, or boot a system rescue distro that'll need to be on the CD (what we use to reimage the machine every week).

I've found this to be helpful gnu.org/software/grub/manual/html_node/Making-a-GRUB-bootable-CD-ROM.html it's about eltorito but not sure what else needs to be done to get the system rescue stuff onto that cd.

Thanks,
Will
