How to install a tar.gz

But I cant find it anywere

So, how to install such an file???

Also to find any manuals, just type man <command-name> and it will display the man pages for you. Its that simple.

tar xzvf filename.tar.gz

first read the readme file included because it's normally depends on the software

(normally looks like this)

./configure
make
make install
