Unhappy how to hide GRUB bootloader while booting a duel boot system ( linux/windows ) ?

I have a windows 2000 / Linux box ? The GRUB bootloader is used to take a selection at the time of booting , which Operating system to go ? By default it is linux .. But my question is : Any way to hide this boot loader so that I go to linux automatic ..... . But when I want windows , I should press a key like ' shift+tab ' or any other.. so that I can see the bootloader and go to windows......???
Any help. I am using redhat 9 and windows 2000..
