Which question is it??? Your subject says you want to free up disk space, and the body says you want to change the frequency on the warnings.

In either case, you don't provide any details to let us help you. You don't say what version/distro of Linux you're using, what program(s) you're using to monitor disk space, or what's on that particular drive/partition that's getting full. With no details, we can't help, aside from very general suggestions. Things like "move things off that partition", "delete some stuff you don't need", and "change the program frequency time".
