how to extract rpm pakage from the system

HI, all:
I had ever install a rpm package on system A, for example ,the rpm package name is abc.rpm, now the abc.rpm has been deleted from the system. But I still want to install abc.rpm package on system B.
Some one told me , I can extract the abc.rpm from system A, and then install the extracted abc.rpm on system B, but I don't know how to realize it.
Who can help me? Thanks!

As far as I know you need the physical rpm in order to install it on a different machine. You cant just grab the files it placed on one system and put them on another machine because rpm on the other machine won't know they are there. It can be a bit messy when you want to uninstall the package because you will have a lot of files to track.
