How to edit mounts - fstab problems...

When I installed Slackware 9.1, I told it to mount my three windows partitions as /win_c, /win_d, and /win_e. Now, I am trying to install Wine and I suppose it wants the fstab entry to be /c. So, I edited the /etc/fstab file, and something still thinks they are /win_c and so on... What else do I need to edit. I have no references to these in lilo.conf... What else is there?? I suppose this is really simple, but I'm lost!

Thanks...

no no ... i think your getting messed up ...
just because you mentioned /c and wine, that is referring to a fake windows drive where /c is a folder that will be in your home folder ... if you want wine to use win_c, then you'll have to edit ~/.wine/.config to point to it ..

when using ./tools/wineinstall, it specifically says an existing Windows installation wasn't found and it wasn't found in fstab... the option then is whether I want a Wine-only installation..

yes your right it does ask this cause it does a scan and sees if it can find a windows installation and then gives you a choice either to use it or use a fake drive at /home/user/c ....
so if it says one isn't found then i guess you have no choice but to use a wine-only install (which i do recommend) ...
