How to create windows like shortcuts in Linux ?

Hi,

I have just installed Fedora Core 4 and have Gnome as default desktop.Now I want to have windows like shortcuts like [win key] + D for minimizing all the windows and similar stuff.

How can I do this ?

Well, xev and xmodmap are your friends if you're a command-line fan.

Can't help with doing it via the Gnome GUI, but I daresay somebody will be along shortly who knows Gnome better than I do.
