How to create debian repository

One of friends have a debian lenny installed system. No net connectivity is there. It is noticed that synaptic package manager is not installed on the system. So I have to depend on the apt-get or aptitude to install packages. I want to install a lot of games and other softwares from a dvd(debian etch). But the .deb files are organized in directories like a b etc. I know creating a package repository in redhat is simple using the create repo command (all the .deb files should be in that directory).

In debian, how can I built a repository

I put build debian repository into a well-known search engine.

This was the first result returned: http://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/re...pository-howto

I think you will find all you need to know there :)
