How to create a SuSE 9.1 bootable dvd with Nero?

I have SuSE 9.1 on dvd. I downloaded it, extracted the rars and poof it was not an image but instead just the contents of the dvd. I want to burn it as a bootable DVD. I'm trying to get it installed as a VMWare guest OS. There is a menu option to create a bootable dvd in Nero, but I am not sure what to point it to. I considered pointing it to dskboot1, but what'd happen after it finished booting the first image? Would it know where the second and third are? I appreciate any advice.

I can imagine your anger after completing the download!

To be honest, I dont know what file makes a linux cd bootable...

I'm curious! IŽll find out if I have some spare time.

IŽve run thru the same problem with windows cds! and all IŽve done is
1. create a autorun.inf file and then use EasyCD to make a .iso! of all
the files the CD should have! 2.- Just burn that .iso and voila!

BTW, I havenŽt been able to create .iso with Nero.... take a look at EasyCD.

Hope it helps a bit.

BTW, of course, if you already have linux installed, you can also create your bootable .iso using
the dd command! and then just use a burning app of your choice to burn that .iso
