How to create a header file in Unicode codepage -1200 Encoding in linux

Hii Friends
I have to store some international characters in a header file which i will further use as an input to my main().

I am having two header files . One i need to store in UTF8-codepage 65001 and other one in codepage 1200.

Output of first file is correct but second file is not giving correct result.

On windows i have saved these files in different Encodings,so there they are working fine.

But i think by default Linux stores files is utf8 codepage 65001encoding.

Now how do i make that input file in codepage 1200.

so that i an get the desired output

Thanks in Advance
