How to copy multiple HD-images to a single HD

Hi to all!
I'm running a PC with 4 HDs attached and I would like to know how I can copy the contents of all of them to a single HD. My current layout looks like:

x) old windows (c partition an a single HD (NTFS)
x) new windows (d (NTFS)
x) linux partitions (EX2, EX3)
x) shared data (FAT)

And I would like to place all that data on a single 1TB HD. I am familiar with dd, but I don't know how to pre-partition the new HD. I know this is a Linux-forum, but does anybody know how Windows will behave when copying it (bootloader, how to get the windows (d to the new drive on d: again)?
Copying the Linux (Gentoo) partition won't be the problem.

I hope for your help.

Miguel

Good recommendation. Clonezilla creates a filesystem level image, not a bit level image. So, you can create partitions the size you want on your 1TB drive, and use Clonezilla to move each drive to the corresponding new partition. Then you need to install a bootloader (GRUB?) and configure it to allow you to boot each OS.
