how to change resolution

Newbie here---how do i change resolution in Zorin to make the text larger--eyes are not the best--thanks

That would actually depend on the window manager you use. I believe zorin has gnome2.x so the settings would be under administration -> screen resolution.
Well since it really does not look like a resolution issue but the font size issue you may have to change the DPI of the font. Try not to change the resolution as far as possible.
Hope this helps.

Still trying----Motopopie

Silverback---I truly thank you for your reply---but I know nothing about changing DPI & couldn't even find administration, if you could guide me I would really appreciate it Thanks Pop
ps--first time to try any Linux--would really like to get away from Microsoft if I can make this work.

When you log into your pc then on the right hand top corner you would see some options. Select the one that says screen resolution. You should get a window asking for the password. You enter the root password there. The next window will have all the details about screen resolution, DPI etc.
Yes, I understand linux is scary especially when you are new but as you spend tome with it you will realize that is very simple.
Hope this helps.
