How to Change Inactivity Timeout
Running openSUSE 11.2 with Gnome. After a relatively short period of time, screen goes blank, and when I click on it, I get presented with password prompt, and when I enter it, I'm back where I left off. I don't see how to change this, and all the time I've spent so far in YaST trying to find out where this setting is kept and how to change it has been wasted effort. So now I'm asking: how do you change this to something a little more reasonable?

I'm taking an online SuSE LINUX class, and as they cover different topics, I jump over to the Linux system (which I have running in a vm under VMWare server on W2K3) and try stuff out, and most of the time I have to enter my password because I was away too long. Bloody nuisance.

Thanks and regards ...

Never occurred to me that it might be the screen-saver - since the screen saver defaults to a blank screen I figured it was something else.

I feel so stupid now for asking the question, but at least I found where the setting is.
