How to build an USB key compatible with UDB-FDD boot BIOS ?

Hello,

I have an USB key (with Damn Small Linux distribution) which boots with BIOS set to USB-HDD (meaning hard disk), but not with USB-FDD (floppy) setup. That's fine.
However, on another computer the BIOS only proposes USB-FDD option for booting so unfortunately my key doesn'nt work.
NBote: this computer is a thin client without any hard disk and which needed to be boot via USB key.

My question is :

how to prepare an USB key compatible with USB-FDD and containing a distribution in .iso file format ?

Thanks for any clue.
Bye,
Bruno
