I boot Slackware off an encrypted portable hard drive, leaving an ultrabook in my office and another fast machine at home. Hence I reboot *at least* daily.

I shutdown most times that I leave the house but that's less to do with the system and more to do with me being paranoid about leaving adaptors running in case of overheating etc.

Only for updates that require a reboot, or because of a hardware failure/upgrade.

I shut my pc down anytime I don't use it. I hate wasting energy.
Linux startup is very fast anyway, especially with an ssd.

Not Exactly a "Reboot"

I've always shut my systems down when I'm away, so mine gets restarted daily.

I reboot every day as I shutdown my personnal machine for the night, but a small server stays open and is rebooted only for kernel-updates or power shortage.

I restart when the little box on the screen says I must.
