" How nice to meet you ", said the spybot to the linux pc

Should spybots, keyloggers, and spyware be a real concern to linux users. If so how can you detect and get rid f them?

keyloggers are always a problem for anyone if it is written for their OS.

as for spyware/adware i would not stress as most of those can not work in linux like they do in M$. in fact when you hit a large % of the sites that have spyware/adware you will get a msg saying you are not using a valid 32bit something or an other. in other words its looking for windows and it can not install its junk on your system.
