keyloggers are always a problem for anyone if it is written for their OS.
as for spyware/adware i would not stress as most of those can not work in linux like they do in M$. in fact when you hit a large % of the sites that have spyware/adware you will get a msg saying you are not using a valid 32bit something or an other. in other words its looking for windows and it can not install its junk on your system.
