How get the BIOS information on Linux?


Hi there,

Does anybody know how to get the BIOS info on Linux Red Hat 4.0?
Is there an specific command that can retrieve that data?
I will appreciate you help!

you may need to install dmidecode, but it will give a great many bits of info about your BIOS far more then anything i have seen in windows.
