Read up and make sure your card is what you think it is:

Linux doesn't guess at these things, and something is triggering it to read it as an i815 video chip.
Take the card out and look at it. Write down the chipset number. And then choose the proper driver. Btw, do you have an onboard video card? That would certainly confuse the issue if it's not disbled via motherboard jumper and bios if so.
