As far as I'm aware there's no direct way to do it other than backing up all your stuff, deleting the ext2 partition and replacing it with a ReiserFS partition, then restoring the files from backup.
Note however that the transition from ext2 -> ext3 is relatively painless as they are backwards compatible and ext3 also has a rather good journalling implementation, meaning that fscks are very fast. Although ReiserFS 3 is good, you wouldn't notice any difference between it and ext3 for now. The good stuff comes with Reiser4.
