how do i use the windows keys in linux.


how do i use the windows keys in linux.
say when i press the left windows keys the kde menu should get activated

Hi
I remember you asking this for console, well in X use
xev to get your keycode (it's part of the X11R6-contrib
package)
And maybe use xbindkeys for easy setting up your
launching stuff; http://hocwp.free.fr/xbindkeys/xbindkeys.html
Run this from a script before your windowmanager fires up.
