How do i install a *.pkg file on my redhat linux box??
gzip & tar is not working.
please help

Where did you get it from, and what is it (program name...)?

It is a Cobalt Migration Utility package from http://www.cobalt.com/support/download/migration.html

.pkg is a bsd package format.
