Do you have an application that can handle the mms protocol installed? If so then. You likely need to modify the mime types or register the application in the sea monkey preferences.

What are you trying to do? To open a video or audio file sent by MMS initially I suspect most players you have will suffice.
If you want to decode actual MMS messages then you're looking at libraries for phones.

if you are not using any software that can use the multimedia version of a text message

then why do you need to set mozilla's Seamonkey to use software you are not using ?
