How could I create policies for a Linux LDAP authenticating for Windows clients?

I'm interested in using Fedora Directory Server in the future for any domains I set up and I was wondering how I can apply policies to the accounts when they log in. With Active Directory you have Group Policy Objects and I was wondering how do you map drives, set up the UI, etc. with OpenLDAP or Fedora Directory Server? What do you people do?
