How can I put KDE 3.3 on my box?

I'm a newbie to Linux, so please don't assume I already know anything.

I'm running on Fedora Core 1 with KDE 3.1 right now. I want to know how to install all of the kde 3.3 components in the most simple way possible. Would upgrading to Fedora Core 2 get me kde 3.3? Thanks.
