how can i fix partitions in rescue model?

Hi, Guys
My Centos disk was full. when I remove all the big files, df and du command not show right size. I reboot my server and in to rescue mode, it alert "you don't have any linux partitions".
How do I fix it?
I not use LVM.
my server mount:
/dev/sda1 on / type ext3 (rw)
proc on /proc type proc (rw)
sysfs on /sys type sysfs (rw)
devpts on /dev/pts type devpts (rw,gid=5,mode=620)
/dev/sda3 on /work type ext3 (rw)
tmpfs on /dev/shm type tmpfs (rw)
none on /proc/sys/fs/binfmt_misc type binfmt_misc (rw)
sunrpc on /var/lib/nfs/rpc_pipefs type rpc_pipefs (rw)

Thanks everyone!

The "you don't have any linux partitions" message makes it look like the partition table is messed up. Regular operation should not cause this. Is there something else you did apart from removing files? Booting in rescue mode using a Live CD that has tools like fdisk, disktype, testdisk, parted on it like KNOPPIX first check your 'fdisk -l' output. If the output does not show /dev/sda1 and /dev/sd3 then you could use 'testdisk' to guess partition boundaries and write them to the partition table. After writing if 'fdisk -l' output now shows them you could run fsck on them. If you want to see an estimate of the damage run fsck with the "-n" switch before making changes. And just in case something goes belly up in the process: you've made regular backups of your data, right?
