How: altgr to behave like alt

I made my own keyboard layout to get scandinavian letters with dvorak, and now I'm having a problem that altgr do not work like it worked before when I was using plain dvorak. I'd like to browse prev/next in Firefox by pressing altgr+arrow keys (since altgr is much more closer to arrows than alt) and switch desktop by ctrl+altgr+arrow keys.

I made new file to /usr/share/X11/xkb/symbols and load it with setxkbmap command.
