edit your /boot/grub.conf
where it says default=0 or whatever change it to a
different entry, then reinstall grub

With a text editor of your choice, maybe gedit or kwrite if you are in X; vim if you are in a console.

Cool

You don't ...this is not LILO.
Grub will just read the new grub.conf next time you boot, ...s'all.
