Horizontal lines on Terminal with all kernels and new 4.9.2. Linux kernel ?

Hello,

With a custom, newly, compiled 4.9.2. I still have the same issue on the terminal (tty).

"While typing, a bunch of horizontal lines kept flashing on the console everywhere on my monitor."

Which possible workaround would be possible? I have DEBIAN here, and the situation is the same on several notebooks.
They are modern machines and it occurs on several new notebooks at Intel graphic cards, Jessie stable is the just tested distro.

Thank you and best regards,
Pat

Sorry for english description matter.

In proper english it could be as follows:
"While typing, a bunch of horizontal lines kept flashing on the console everywhere on my monitor."

With my superbe custom 4.9.2 kernel and less superbe Debian, herewith the console.
This is quite annoying to read anything.

There is nothing to do, it is not easy to be fixed visibly. Stretch/Sid has such a terrible bug! It will never be fixed. This issue is there since at least 1.5 year.

I booted here with options root=/dev/sdb1 rw

Please Help or A Bug Fix Soon !
