"Home Folder" showing up 2 times in panel menu

There used to be a downloads bar...but, Home folder has taken its place and showing up 2 times now.
I've attached the screenshot of the same.
How did that happen and how to get rid of it ?

as you've solved this issue, can you provide feedback about how you fixed it?

i edited bookmakrs from file manager...and restarted gnome shell!
