hlp me for mandrake


pls answer my all questions not mis to answer
wts the command to see wts your ip address i tried to use ifconfig but i think thers no command like that???
is it possible to see which dns my kppp(while connected by dial ) is using??
is there any utility like ntsysv as in rh to customize the boot up services???
how to see which services r being running???

also when i try to install the ymesenger it says it needs libcripto.....library??how to find and install that???

ans of the q? by myself:)

u must be root to traceroute in mandrake also ifconfig
cat /etc/resolve.con go the info of the dns ur kppp using while connected by dial up

drakexservices is the utility to customize the boot up services as in rh its ntsysv

or go to mandarke control center -> system ->services
