Help w/ undelete (ext3)

I did something stupid.

I left a file that I have spent countless hours working in in the /tmp directory. It got cleaned out. No backups. Sigh.

What can I do? I found some utilities that help w/ EXT2, but I have EXT3 and don't want to screw up the FS.

HELP!!

Thanks

Don't quote me on this, but I might/should work on Ext3 aswell. Ext3 is basically the same as Ext2 but with journaling.
