Question help me to setup Squid3.0 Stable2 on single NIC


Hi Friends
first of all i'm saying sorry for my weak English

I'm Working on an Inetrnet Cafe...
i would like to setup a Proxy Server,clients are surfing web through by proxy server with cache memory
i don't know well how to configure squid.conf file


we have a Broadband connection.
24 computers are working in our Cybercafe,
Computers ip begins with 77.221.97.xx and mask 255.255.255.224
and proxies we are using for browsing 77.221.96.1/77.221.96.2 Port 8080

linux server ip is: 77.221.97.93
Subnet Mask : 255.255.255.224
Deafault Gateway : 77.221.97.65

Primary DNS : 77.221.96.2
Secondry DNS : 77.221.104.10


i want linux server connect to Switch/hub and Broadband cable already connecting to Switch too.

i have installed Fedora Core 9 platform on my desktop pc
Please help me to setup the server...

You are going to have to read it at some time; I know it is quite long, but you will probably end up having to change the amount of memory devoted to caching, change the IP addresses in it (and if you don't know what you want we have a slightly deeper problem, but read an introductory/intermediate work on networking) and you may want to change access controls to adapt it to your working hours and allowed machine config. That's not much really.

i configured Squid.conf file with my little knowledge
when i start Squid service then getting this error messege..
