What are you going to use for clients?

I need IPSec VPN
I need this for the Java fulfillment API to work. This API manadatorilly requires IPSec VPn. Plz cud someone guide me with download and instructions (detailed).

I'm not familar with Java Fulfillment API. Could you post a URL?
