help installing libraries for xine...
i just downloaded libraries for xine...
and i typed ./configure and make install...
the problem is .. it seems like after i typed make install..
there is a certain process that repeats it over and over again..
can i have a step by step instruction in installing the library files..
thank you very much...

You keep asking these repeated questions regarding compiling from source and every single one you skip the part you need to perform make after ./configure. Also usually in most cases you have to be root to perform the make install command.
./configure
make
make install
And its always a good idea to read the INSTALL or README file that is usually included for exact instructions on how to install a particular program from source.

so i should:
./configure
make
<reboot>
make install

lol... hmmm ive done installing the libraries.. but how do i locator or make them that they are installed in a location?

If you didn't get any errors, just type xine at the command to see if it starts the program. Most programs will usually install in /usr/local/bin or /usr/bin and library files for the program in /usr/lib or /usr/local/lib..
