HELP! I've lost my /usr/include!

Idiot that I am, got mv and rm confused (doh! doh! doh!) and accidentally delected /usr/include recursively. How do I get the stuff in there back, because now nothing works right.
PLEASE HELP!

well... i hope you have the install disks... other than downloading all the include files... there's not much else. there's no undelete in linux.

just as general advice... it's not usually a good idea to be mucking around too much in root. you really only want to use it for maintenance and adding new users and such. if you don't need to be a superuser, then it's a good idea not to be, exactly for reasons such as this.
