HDD boot parameter file.. Whats its name?

I am trying to locate a file on my drive, that has two lines for my machine....

hda blah -p something blaH blah
hdb blah something blah blah -i op soemething.

I cannot remember the name of the file, but what I remember is it looks to be a simple HDD boot parameter drive setting file for hdparm.

The directory and location is somewhat unfamilair to me, thats why I can't find it.
If someone knows the file I am reffering to please at least mention the name.
I will find it on my drive.

no absolutely not.

fstab is used by the kernel and automount not hdparm.
