hashsum of files being different

If you build 2 systems, system A and system B exactly the same way using the same OS ISO, let's say RHEL 6.5,would the files on the system still have different hash checksums?

/bin directory for instance has the following files. Would the hashsum of these files on system A be different than the ones on system B?
alsaunmute
arch
basename
