Hmm, can you at least check the following
dumpe2fs /dev/md0 |grep RAID

You need root permission to issue that command. Maybe you're lucky and the parameters were set correctly. If it is not set correctly then you will probably suffer some performance penalties.

Looks like your options were recognized correctly. Not sure if it was done be mke2fs or your installer. Anyway, looks fine so far.

Well I guess the installer might have used mke2fs.
