Hardware Command

Hello,

Is there a command I can type from a shell which will tell me my hardware specs of the computer? I am looking for something like the results from "dxdiag" from Windows.

Thanks!

The command "lspci" will provide some info about the hardware on your system. You can only run it as root.

Code:
$cat /proc/cpuinfo
$cat /proc/meminfo
You can also get hardware info by running
Code:
$dmesg | less
