How about Grub :)

I have a problem with GRUB...
I have 2 hard drives 1 with Redhat 7.3 and the other with Windows XP...
Lately I have received the following message : Grub read error
I was told that it could be related to the fact that my sister is programing in C++ ... could this be true?!
Besides the Grub error I had difficulty starting Windows yesterday...
When I let the computer "rest" a little it goes back to normal
What can I do? I was a Bill Gates fan until I was introduced to LInux... so Im a newbie to this...
Thanks in advance

Note: I split your thread apart from the sticky Lilo thread we have as you have questions regarding Grub, which in no way relate to Lilo and should belong in its own thread, since your actually asking questions. The thread you replied to is more for information, not to ask your own questions. Regards.
