Graphics Resolution : Monitor shows out of range

Hi,

I have installed Fedora 6 - it installed perfectly but the first login screen led to monitor showing a message

" Out of range " - the resolution is probably too high - but it wasn't set by me - Fedora probably set it by itself.

My graphics card is XFX 7300 GT - could this be a driver issue ?

How do I solve this ? I couldn't even login the first time...

Any help would be much appreciated... ( I am pretty much new to Linux environment ... )

Thanks.

Access the terminal login by editing your boot options in grub/lilo (add a 3 to the kernel parameters) OR hit ctrl-alt-f1 at the graphical login screen. Once you can access a terminal, try this
