Talking Good volume software? XMMS/all sound is wierd.

Man my volume is screwed up I have to jack my speakers up to be able to hear music (then KDE sounds like a train), and if I raise the XMMS volume alot, the bass sounds like ass. I need some good volume software!

Unhappy No standard one?

Darn. I have asked other places too, and there doesnt seem to be one big uber program that everyone uses, like XMMS (who doesnt use XMMS?) There need's to be an uber mixer program to rule them all, but, I'm rambling and it's late..kinda.
